At PhyloInvest, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund and returns policy allows you to return products under the following conditions:
1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) when initiating a return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact our customer service.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as opened supplements or products not in their original condition, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
